Jose Rivas, known as Jose Macabra, is a versatile artist with a background in Sound Arts and Fine Art. He works as an artist, sound designer, producer, video director, radio DJ, and curator. Jose's creative spectrum encompasses various influences, from industrial and noise genres to experimental music and sound art. He also teaches Sound Arts and Music Production at UAL and other institutions. His extensive portfolio includes collaborations with renowned entities and performances in prestigious art venues and festivals across Europe.
Jose's research interests span Electronic Music, Field Recording, Noise Music, Ritual Art Practice, and more.


M.E.L.T, an ambient and soundscape-focused improvisation ensemble founded in 2023. Emerging from an open call by VFD London focused on queer community-building initiatives, M.E.L.T launched as an experimental club-night, hosting improvisation sessions. The ensemble collaborates with various artists interested in exploring sound, technology, identity, belonging, and territory. The name, "Make Electronic Music Live Together," reflects their exploration of the social, political, and affective aspects of improvisation as a medium for both sonic artistry and the exploration of electronic devices.

Dahc Dermur VIII Mother, performance artist, educator and DJ, the iconic global entity is a figurehead in London nightlife and a powerful voice in our queer community. As an essential part of Wraith and Kaos London, they are living art, joy and power. Each DJ set is designed to parallel the human condition, constructing emotional cinematic scores that are musical paintings set to performance. Coloured with influences of Butoh and Japanese film noir, he utilises elements of experimental techno, power electronics, industrial soundscapes, ambient, classical, dark wave and EBM.


MEMORIALS Having first played music together during their time in the bands Electrelane and Wire, Verity Susman and Matthew Simms released their first two albums as the band Memorials in early 2023. If you like drones and you like tunes then you’ll find a lot to like.

CHICKLETTES London DJs, vinyl masters, curate immersive sets unearthing forgotten gems from diverse eras. Their decks, portals to bygone sounds, blend analog magic with contemporary allure. These vinyl navigators craft multisensory experiences, fusing curated visuals with rediscovered melodies. They will play for films, weaving mesmerising visuals into their sonic tapestry at the heart of London's music scene.


P. Videotapes, a seasoned eclectic selector from Murcia (Spain), blends ambient, electro, dark wave, punk, and pop dance into seamless, dynamic sets. With an analog foundation in vinyl DJing, his raw, authentic mixes span genres and eras, captivating crowds at venues like Polari Eagle,Monkey Business at The Prince Albert, Joiners, and Bar Ocio.


Laurie Black combines live synthesisers and sequencers with satirical comedy, earning her the title of the "lovechild of Gary Numan and Victoria Wood." Notably, she toured as the only support act for Adam Ant across the UK. Her performances delve into themes of feminism, space, feminism in space,and the climate crisis. Having toured in Iceland, the UK, and Australia, her recent hour-long Fringe-style show, "Laurie Black: Dystopiano," showcased her unique blend of music and humour.

From Essex via Istanbul, Electronic duo Masal blend swirling Harp and Vocals colliding with tripped out beats and synths to create deep psychedelic grooves with motorik basslines. Masal’s music has been described as channelling ‘the past and future at the same time’ and as having ‘a deep humanity’

Hanno is a seasoned veteran in the techno scene, having made his debut in '96. With a storied career, he has graced renowned club nights such as Ugly Funk in London, Monox in Glasgow, and iconic venues like Tresor, OstGut, and Berghain in Berlin. Recently, he crossed the Atlantic to electrify audiences at Dickslap in Seattle and Akbar in Los Angeles.
Known for his ability to craft energetic sets that resonate with joy, Hanno serves up a dynamic mix of techno, rave, house, and electro. His selections include rare tracks that are hard to find alongside the freshest beats, ensuring a lively atmosphere that keeps the fun alive and brings smiles to faces on the dance floor.

Jade Baldó is a talented artist hailing from Madrid and currently based in London. She collaborates with La JUAN Gallery in Spain and has successfully hosted the last two editions of the Altered Images festival, showcasing her creative vision and dedication to the arts.


Archi is a French non-binary cabaret artist celebrating trans energy through
projections and movement work. They create intense, atmospheric performances
where lights and sound are as much part of the stage as their body.
They are a resident performer at Bar Wotever (Royal Vauxhall Tavern)
and are often seen in the East London cabaret scene.

SOUND
A look back at the incredible artists from past editions


Torn Relics London-based duo Romek Boyer (Rommek) and Aimée Mullen (violin, bodhrán) fuse cyberpunk electronics, cinematic soundscapes, ethereal vocals, and tribal rhythms. Drawing on ancient folklore and futuristic palettes, their sets move from observation to movement, often erupting into controlled chaos. Using electric violin, vocals, modular synths, guitar, and drum machines, they explore the space between reality and hallucination. Renowned for their high-energy performances across Europe, Torn Relics are recognized as a leading force in experimental electronic music.
At Altered Images Fest, they presented a special set with live visuals by Kyle McFadzean, alongside a curated film selection by Altered Images.


AM sin are a London-based Portuguese duo forging raw, electrifying & ritualistic soundscapes through modular systems, immersive live vocal processing & field recordings, channeling improvisation, intensity & embodiment into acts that feel urgent & transformative. Since forming in 2024, they became a fixture of London’s underground performing at Spanners, M.O.T, The Bath House, Avalon Café & Algha’s Plantroom. This year, live sets included Netil Radio & Rinse FM, a DJ set at Somerset House’s Courtauld Gallery, a UK tour with debut EP EMERGENCE, & a performance at Machina Bristronica Festival.
They brought a special show with exclusive visuals to Altered Images Vol. VI.


Faux naïf descends into the seductive underworld of EBM, weaving goth, darkwave, synth, post-punk and new beat into sultry, anarchic soundscapes. A fixture of London’s queer and kink circuit and a regular at clubs from fabric and Tresor to The White Hotel and Kit Kat Klub, she has shared stages with Boy Harsher, Silent Servant, Regis, Nitzer Ebb and more. With releases on Boomkat’s Reel Torque and a legacy of shaping events like M II M and Elegia, she remains true to her punk-by-goth spirit.
At Vol. VI , Faux Naïf will delivered a special, sinister DJ set with exclusive visuals.


Lais Pattak For almost two decades, the mother & resident dj of Mønster Queen in London, has been a trailblazing force in the darker corners of Brazil & Berlin conjuring spaces where art, identity, and desire intertwine. Her vision has left its mark across iconic stages, from Inferno, KAOS, Torture Garden, Boudica, HTBX London, and beyond. Blending industrial shadows, decadent female vocals, and echoes of ancient hymns, she crafts soundscapes that ignite liberation and longing. Her haunting sets have bewitched the walls of iconic spaces such as Fabric, Ministry of Sound, Fold, Egg London, Colour Factory, Scala, Dalston Superstore, and many more.


Pia explores intimacy, sexuality, and relationality through performance, experimental video, and ritual-guided practices. Their work engages with entanglement and transformation, inhabiting liminal spaces of contradiction, ambiguity, and becoming. A member of Observatorio del Placer, Pia has collaborated on various projects centered on dissident sexualities and alternative intimacies across cities like London and Barcelona. Their practice embraces play, altered states, and morphing identities as a way to imagine new, fluid, and radical modes of connection.
